All digital goods and services remain the property of The Digital Adventurer LLC until full payment is received.

3. Payment Terms

• All services and products are priced in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon.

• For payment plans, we retain ownership of the final product until all payments are completed.

• Missed payments may result in the removal of access to services or digital products.

4. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited to minor adjustments discussed during a final online meeting. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5. Admin Services

Clients may opt into an ongoing admin service for maintenance and minor updates. This service is billed monthly at a percentage of the original price of the delivered product.

6. International Sales

All purchases are priced in U.S. dollars. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with international purchases.

7. Licensing Terms

Unless otherwise stated:

• Personal Use License: Clients may use digital goods for personal projects but may not resell or redistribute them.

• AI chatbots may require periodic maintenance and updates to function optimally.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. Exceptions for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and decisions rest solely with us.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through mandatory arbitration or in the courts of Wyoming, in accordance with Wyoming law.
